Diagnostic Evaluation
We will
contact you immediately to acknowledge receiving your media. Our
engineers will then diagnose the problems related to your media
and will prepare a lab report for you, complete with a firm estimate
of the cost involved to recover your data. We will fax or e-mail
this report to you as soon as it is available and one of our Client
Services Representatives will telephone you shortly after, to
discuss these details and determine the next steps. You can expect
your evaluation report within 4-6 hours, from receiving your media.

recovery turnaround, including analysis and recovery, is usually
24-48 hours. American Data Recovery has the specialized equipment
and expertise needed to recover data lost from mechanical or electrical
