the likelihood of a successful recovery and the exact cost of completing
that recovery.
We have a NO
DATA, NO CHARGE policy. We are very good at what we do,
but if for some reason we are unable to recover your "target
data" (specific files that are absolutely necessary), or if
the cost of recovering that data exceeds your budget, we will return
your drive (or other media) and there will be no charge to you for
any time that the technician spent on your project.
